Delivery

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 48 hours of acceptance of order, but due to busy periods, different warehouses and reasons beyond our control please allow 3 – 5 working days before contacting us.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 24 hrs so that we may start the process of sending a replacement or issuing a refund, do not open the manufacturers packaging or use the item, doing so will void any claim against the carrier if damaged during transit and will be seen as an acceptance of the item by yourself and will not be refundable. Any items returned not in the condition at which they were sent a redelivery charge will apply if you wish the item to be returned.

If upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason whatsoever, please return it back to us in its original condition. We will reimburse you for the value of the item, less our costs of delivering the item to you. Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date the item is delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

All returned items must be sent with the correct paperwork which we will provide to you via email along with the relevant returns address.
